At the time of the engagement, Yorkshire Eye Hospital was a private ophthalmology hospital that wanted to get serious about laser eye surgery. They wanted to increase their leads, their conversion rates and their levels of customer service.

Over a 12 month engagement, we helped Yorkshire Eye Hospital increase their conversion rates by 31%, increase their telephone conversion rates by 55%, and increase their laser eye surgery sales by 102%.

How we did it

First, we helped design a new website for Yorkshire Eye Hospital. We then initiated a search engine marketing campaign that increased Yorkshire Eye Hospital’s leads by 2600% in 16 months. Conversion rates on the website also increased during this time, from 0.3% to 3.80%.

We were simultaneously busy training sales people in both telephone and consultative selling which resulted in both telephone and consultation conversion rate increases.

Finally, to enhance their ability to retain patients and increase friends and family referrals, we trained all of the Hospital’s clinical staff in customer service.
